The first Democratic candidate to enter the 2008 race for President has become the first to throw in the towel. Former Iowa Gov. Tom Vilsack says he’s dropping out because “The reality is that this process has become … about money, a lot of money.” And Vilsack simply couldn’t raise enough to compete.
