		<description>Thanks for posting this - is there a definitive answer out there on whether it's fair use?  

I based my assumption that it's not on two factors:

1) The networks having to explicitly make their debate footage available to bloggers - implying that it otherwise wouldn't be.

2) A network news producer once told me "You didn't hear this from me, but you should upload your appearances on our channel to YouTube."  She was implying, I thought, that even if I were just taking a clip of my own interview, I would be doing something that, in the very least, CNN didn't like.

So, I have my hunches but no clear answer.</description>
