Dennis Kucinich produces a couple of short commercials about war and oil with Ed Asner in a cameo — as a fat-cat oil baron smoking a Fred Thompson cigar — and acting as narrator. I doubt Kucinich has the money to put them on TV. So they’re likely intended for viral distribution online.

Sound bite: “The man with the plan to end the war.”

And here’s are two more commercials — one makes an odd non sequiturial leap from jobs to the environment; the other is about health care, this time with Asner playing a greedy drug company exec. Sound bite: “It’s not that we can’t afford the health care. We can’t afford the corruption.”
