After a Dr. Phil moment at a recent townhall meeting, Senator Barack Obama tells how he’ll fund education, health care and other programs: He’ll end the Iraq war and use some of that money and he’ll raise taxes on “the top 1% . . . they can afford it.” (He says he’s “blessed” to be in that category and even though the check he writes on April 15th is “scary,” it’s his obligation to make sure that “I’m reinvesting so the next generation can be just as fortunate as I was.”)
