Your video asking Barack to say something says nothing. It's broken. I don't know if the problem is on my end or if you're engaging in ironic commentary. If it's the latter, I tip my hat to you for once again pushing the envelope of new journalism, as if Tom Stoppard were covering politics.

With all due respect, in this very, very early phase of the campaign it is important for Senator Obama to show people why he's their guy: because he is a different kind of candidate with a new approach.

He is, more effectively than any other democratic candidate, building a social movement with real legs.

Sen Clinton may be using her video appearances to talk about policy, but they come off as scripted and over rehearsed and, frankly, not of much viewing interest to the average voter.

Read any chapter of Malcolm Gladwell's "Blink", and you'll quickly learn than people are incredibly effective at making snap judgments on character, integrity and trustworthiness.

Senator Obama is effectively communicating that he is a trustworthy candidate for change and people are responding en masse. Based on that alone, I think it would be incorrect to say that he is not using video effectively.
