Fraidycat

In the Washington Post’s coverage of YouTube’s YouChoose clearinghouse for presidential candidate videos, a political consultant named Adam Paul frets:

But Paul, the online strategist, has a warning: “Candidates have to remember that the more content they put out there, the more content there is for people to change and try to control.”

The horse has left the barn and galloped over the horizon. People will put up video of you and remix it whether you do or not. So you might as well put up as much you can of your own video with your own views and let it speak for itself.
