(Silicon) Valley Girl

After meeting with a group of technology leaders at Google headquarters in Mountain View, CA last Friday, Hillary Clinton took part in a chatfest with employees as a headliner for the Women@Google speaker series. Clinton took questions from the audience and spoke about health care, education, technology and alternate energy sources. Note: The clip runs 43 minutes.

Somehow I would think you shouldn’t refer to a US senator and possible major party candidate as a “girl”, even when trying to make a punny headline.

That’s a pretty fair point. It’s also slightly odd that it’s the Women at Google forum. Seems like maybe she’s big enough to be a general speaker, you know? Politics at Google? Hugely Influential Members of the Political System at Google? Still cool, though. Thanks for the link!

There is so much bias against Hillary that we need not add to it. The opposition is clearly gender based. Sadly some women are acting as if it is not true.
